The new Yonex AERUS Z2 Wide achieves both lightness and stability. With each generation, the AERUS series prides itself on pushing the boundaries of lightness. This new 5th generation model is the lightest ever badminton shoe from Yonex, weighing in at just 240 grams per shoe* (26cm shoe). These shoes are slimmed down by adopting a new sole made of Feather Light X, a material that is 12% lighter in weight while generating more repulsion than the previous AERUS models. A key ingredient to stability is a reliable grip. RADIAL BLADE SOLE is implemented to provide the ultimate grip.

With a new seamless upper design, comprised of 100% recycled materials, the Durable Skin Light and Double Russel Mesh bring less weight with better fit, flexibility, and breathability – Easy on your feet as well as the environment. With the POWER CUSHION+ and improved 3D Power Graphite Drive, the AERUS Z2 Wide is not only light stable, and eco-friendly, but also converts the impact of each step into repulsion and power for the next.

Feather Light X - FEATHER LIGHT X is Yonex’s lightest midsole material and is one of the key technologies in making the AERUS Z2 Wide lighter while providing smooth, fluid footwork.

Radial Blade Sole - The grip pattern of the sole has been redesigned creating the RADIAL BLADE SOLE. By finely arranging a windmill shape that combines areas with large and small indentations, the weight of the shoe is dispersed, and the grip is improved by approximately 3%*. Resulting in a grip that supports quick dashes and sudden stops.

3D Power Graphite Sheet - The sole of the AERUS Z2 Wide is built with Power Graphite Sheet, a carbon sheet that prevents twisting of the foot and improves stability during the most strenuous of movements. Working together with POWER CUSHION +, the absorbed impact power is converted into a propulsive force to help propel you into your next step.

2. CM measures the length between the back of your heels to your largest toe.
3. It's always a better choice to buy a shoe that is slightly loose than buying a shoe that is slightly tight. Because you can always wear thicker socks to make your foot bigger.
