We try our best to post the correct MRP's of the product, but MRP's of the products keep changing and sometimes it's not possible to make changes immediately or the product arrives after the price change, but always buy the products as per the Selling price. 5. Replacement & Refund
If the product was delivered to you was damaged or not working (dead) then we will take the return and immediately provide the same new product at no extra cost, we have 10 Days Replacement policy in case of unused products. Defective items will be replaced with same model new product. If a wrong product is received due to Sportsuncle mistake then that must be returned in an original condition as received in an unused condition with all seals/tags intact. If required we will process the refunds in the same mode of payment you choose while making the payment.
Sportsuncle will not process Refunds/Returns/Replacement for incorrect purchases, used products, better price available, not like the quality, Ordered in Error, customized the product as per own requirement, the wrong size selected, sealed open, broken tags, more expiry required or change of mind.
Important - Please open the package in front of Courier Delivery Boy and check for complete content of the product and damages. If there is any theft or damage, do not accept the parcel and do not sign the courier POD. In case, courier doesn't allow opening of the package without signing POD, sign the POD, take the parcel but ask the courier to stay back to check the parcel in front of him and if any issue is found put the proper comment below your signature. If the customer fails to do so, any claim regarding missing or damaged item will not be entertained. Regarding Damaged Items in transit, you have 48 hrs to inform us about the same and Regarding manufacturing defective item you have 10 Days to inform us about the same with proof.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags/barcode, labels, and invoices. If the original manufacturer packing/seal on the product is removed or tampered then we don't consider the product is damaged in transit or shipped from our end.
- Replacement on used products / Broken Tags will not be accepted in any case, and NO argument will be entertained. We consider Broken Tags means the product is used.
- Replacement of good/product or refund costs will not be made until the original good/product is received by us in re-saleable condition and your claim verified.
- We aim to process refunds and replacements within 3 days of receipt by us of the original product/good.
- All Healthcare, Beauty, Supporters/Briefs products are non-returnable.
- Strings are non-returnable on the ground - breaks during stringing, cut in the string, threads are stretched, as we never noticed such issues and mostly strings sold in company air-sealed pack, so no way to find out the genuineness of the claim.
- Refund on an order will be done once, there are no Multiple Refunds on a single order.
- There can be 5-10% of color difference possible in the shown picture and received product due to the calibration of the desktop/mobile screen. So, such orders will not be count under defective or any other issue.
- If Return/Replacement approved due to not our mistake or change in size required, then you need to ship through own courier at own expenses within 72hrs.
- If requested replacement size is not available then it's on management to approve the replacement or not. If approved then the amount will be credited in the sportsuncle wallet.
- Bulk Quantity orders are not eligible for any return or refund.
- Any product purchased during a Sale time (either few hrs sale or several days sale), such products not eligible for return/refund/replacement.
- Shipment Data related to order may be deleted by courier company after 45 days, so maximum time related to shipment related query is 30 days.
- If Replacement/Store Credit is processed then that can only be processed once and not more than that.
- If you are violating any of the mentioned policies, abusive or don't respect them then we reserve the right to block the purchase account for any future purchase from us.
6. Cancellation Policy
We allow order cancellation until the order is not shipped (if that's a prepaid order) from our end at 3.5% deduction from the refund value. After the order has been shipped then we can't cancel the order. In case of Lazypay and Epaylater order will not be canceled once placed, you need to make the payment of them for availing credit facilities, so order wisely. In case of Prepaid order if any buyer denies taking the product from the courier guy after shipment then all the expenses incurred in sending that shipment including 2 sides courier charges + handling /packing charge will be charged from the refund, No Free Shipping clause will be applicable at that time. If Order is customized like Stringing or any other service, they can't be canceled in case of late delivery too, so if u need urgently and can't wait then don't customized the product.
7. Express Shipping Policy
Express Shipping is not eligible for the orders which areas/pin codes are not serviceable by Bluedart courier, for such areas don't choose express shipping. Deadline time for Express Shipping on the same day is 1:00 PM, otherwise, that day will not be counted in express order. Sundays and Public Holidays are not counted under Express Shipping days. We have no control over the little delay in delivery due to the natural calamities like flood, earthquake, heavy rainfall, elections etc or Strike, Event, Construction due to which traffic is diverted in any city. Express Shipping amount is not refundable in above-mentioned cases. If any customization is asked then add 2 extra days in your shipping time, that mean 4+2 in express and 7+2 in normal shipping. If the shipment is not delivered under expected time i.e 1-4 working days for normal order then Express Shipping charges will be refunded in the sportsuncle wallet, which you can use on your next purchase. In Free Shipping, shipment delivered much before but the expected delivery time is 5-7 working days.
