Even though every effort is made to keep the information on this website up-to-date, neither the Website Owner nor any third party or data or content provider makes any representations or warranties, whether express, implied in law, or residual, as to the sequence, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information, opinions, and share price information, research information, data, and/or content on the website (including, but not limited to, any information which may be used to identify, contact, or locate you). The Website Owner reserves the right, at any time, to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of this website without notice. No information shall be construed as advice, and information is offered for informational purposes only and is not intended for trading purposes. We try our best to post the correct MRPs of the products, but the MRPs of the products keep changing, and sometimes it's not possible to make changes immediately, or the product arrives after the price change, but always buy the products as per the selling price. We assure you that you will never pay more than the MRP of the product.

Sportsuncle and is protected by Indian and international copyright, authors' rights, and database rights laws. The laws of India and international copyright and database rights laws protect the compilation of all content on this website, which is the sole property of Sportsuncle and its affiliates.

You can't take parts of the website's content and use them again in a systematic way without written permission from Sportsuncle and/or its affiliates. In particular, you may not utilize any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-use any substantial parts of this website.

One person or address can only open one account. If you open more than one account under your name, your father's name, your mother's name, your sister's name, your brother's name, your friend's name, etc., we reserve the right to block your account and the money you paid through the second account will be lost without getting the goods. So, make sure you don't indulge in anything that forces us to block your first account, and then you want to open a second account.

We request you to open a account with us, so you can download your invoice and check other details like tracking info. Guest Accounts are not eligible for the replacements/returns/refunds

The trademarks, names, logos, and service marks (collectively "trademarks") displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the Website Owner. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the website owner.

4. Links

The service may provide links to other WWW sites or resources. Because Sportsuncle.com has no control over these sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Sportsuncle.com is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources and does not endorse or take responsibility for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that Sportsuncle.com shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any harm or loss resulting from or alleged to result from the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services made available on or through any such site or resource.

5. Replacement and refund: There will be NO RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR REFUND once the shipment has been shipped. Size Replacement of wearable products like helmets/supporters will not be possible as the same product cannot be sold to another buyer due to the spread of infection and hygiene issues. Sorry for the inconvenience.

For Shoes, if the product is faulty, it will be replaced with another piece of the same model, or a size replacement will be available (for the unused shoes with fixed tags) from the available sizes at the time of placing a replacement request within 10 days of placing the order; otherwise, the replacement request will be rejected. The buyer needs to submit the pictures for approval of the request, if the tags are broken due to any reason, or we feel the shoes are used, then no replacement will be offered.

The buyer needs to bear the pickup and re-shipping charges (Rs.500) of the replacement product (india shipping) respective of the selling price; all such products for replacement are approved, and bear the return shipping charges and reshipping charges with any custom duty paid in case of International shipping. Replacements will be provided once per order ID.

If any product delivered to you was damaged / defective (REAL UNPACKING VIDEO IS A MUST) or not working (dead), then we will accept the return and immediately provide the same new product (same model, colour, and size) at no extra cost. Defective items will be replaced with the same model of a new product. 

For Clothing, if the product is faulty, it will be replaced with another piece of the same model/size, or a size replacement will be available (for the unused products with fixed tags) from the available sizes only at the time of placing a replacement request within 10 days of placing the order; otherwise, the replacement request will be rejected in both cases.

If the replacement size is available, then the buyer needs to submit the pictures for approval of the request; if the tags are broken due to any reason, or if we feel the clothing is used, then no replacement will be offered.

The buyer needs to bear the pickup and re-shipping charges (Rs.250) of the replacement product, irrespective of the selling price of clothing; all such products for replacement are approved. Replacements will be provided once per order ID.

If a wrong product is received due to Sportsuncle's mistake, it must be returned in its original condition as received, unused, and with all seals/tags intact. And if the ordered product is unavailable in stock, we will process the refunds using the same mode of payment you choose when making the payment. 

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you know your required size and that the currently selected size may not suit your needs. Suppose you choose to purchase a different size than what you know to be your correct size due to the unavailability of the desired size. In that case, you understand and accept that no replacement, return, refund, or exchange will be provided. You are responsible for ensuring that the size you select is appropriate for your needs and that you have made an informed decision to purchase the item despite the known size discrepancy.

Sportsuncle will not process refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for incorrect purchases, used products, broken tags/open packaging, better prices available, not liking the quality, Ordered in error, customized product as per own requirement, colour change, or change of mind. 

Important - Regarding Damaged Items in transit, you have 48 hrs to inform us (WITH UNPACKING VIDEO) from the time of delivery, and the product must be in the same original condition as when it was shipped. Regarding manufacturing defective items, you have 10 Days to inform us with proof that they are in original condition/unused; for other reasons, No replacement will be offered. You must contact the manufacturer if the product is damaged during usage. Sportsuncle can only guide the way to contact the manufacturer; we can't process the replacement of the used products.

  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags/barcode, labels, and invoices. If the original manufacturer's packing/shrink wrap/seal on the product is removed or tampered with, then we don't consider the product damaged in transit or shipped from our end. So, pls. check for any damage before removing the packing.

  • Replacement on used products / Broken Tags will not be accepted, and no argument will be entertained. We consider Broken Tags, as the product is used.

  • If required, we can ask for an unpacking video of the product, if any issue is not justified or describable. So, pls. make the unpacking video of the product, showing all sides of the package are sealed.

  • Replacement of goods or refund costs will not be made until the original good/product is received by us in a re-saleable condition and your claim is verified. 

  • While placing the Replacement request, the initial reason for Replacement will be considered for Approval or Disapproval of the request. Either you selected that reason by mistake or for any reason.

  • We aim to process refunds and replacements within 3 days of receiving the original product/good. 

  • All Healthcare, Beauty, Supporters/Briefs products are non-returnable.

  • Strings are non-returnable on the ground - breaks during stringing, cuts in the string, threads are stretched, as we never noticed such issues and mostly strings sold in company air-sealed packs, so there is no way to find out the genuineness of the claim.

  • If any racket string breaks in the "Transit" for any reason, then a refund for the paid amount of the string will be done in the Sportsuncle wallet, in place of the replacement of the full racket. If the Racket company string breaks (rare), then a maximum of Rs.100 will be done in the Sportsuncle wallet. There is no guarantee/warranty/refund of the strings after play. (handle wrapper removed from the racket considered used in the game).

  • Refunds (if required) on orders will be done once; there are no Multiple Refunds on a single order.

  • There can be a 5-10% of colour difference possible in the shown picture and the received product due to the calibration of the desktop/mobile screen. So, such orders will not be counted under defective or any other issue.

  • If Return/Replacement is approved due to not our mistake or changes in the size required, then you need to ship and pick up through Bluedart courier at your own expense within 48hrs or bear the Pickup/Shipping charges if we arrange the same.

  • If the requested replacement tracksuit/shorts size between 36-44 is unavailable, then the amount will be credited to the Sportsuncle wallet after you ship the product to us in unused condition with tags (not broken).

  • NO Size Replacement for tracksuits less than size 38 and bigger than 44 will be given.

  • Bulk Quantity orders are not eligible for any return or refund.

  • Any product purchased during a Sale time (either a few hrs sale or several days sale) is also not eligible for return/refund/size replacement.

  • The courier company may delete Shipment Data related to orders after 45 days, so the maximum time related to shipment-related queries is 30 days. And the final delivery date will be considered, which is marked by the courier on their website. No claims/disputes were accepted after this period.

  • If replacement or store credit is processed, then that can only be processed once and not more.

  • If you violate any of the mentioned policies, are abusive, or don't respect them, we reserve the right to block the purchase account for any future purchase from us.

6. Cancellation Policy

We allow order cancellation until the order is not shipped (if that's a prepaid order) from our end, at a 3.5% (5% International cards) deduction from the order value. After the order has been shipped, we can't cancel it.

All heavy items orders like TT Table and snooker table will not be cancelled in any circumstances after the order is placed, so place the order for such products wisely.

Pre-Orders are not allowed to be cancelled in any scenario, so check the dispatch date before ordering.

In the case of a prepaid order, if any buyer denies taking the product from the courier guy or is not reachable due to any reason, then all the expenses incurred in sending that shipment, including 2 sides courier charges + handling /packing charge, will be charged from the refund, No Free Shipping clause will be applicable at that time.

Once the E-Invoice/GST Invoice for any order is generated, no cancellation, exchange, or refund in any scenario will be done.

Any order will not be automatically cancelled for a week in case of unavailability. So, we can arrange the product from our sources for you. If you want to cancel before that time, even if you select express shipping, then bank charges will be deducted from the refund, i.e., 3.5% and 5% in case of International card is used.

If an order is customized, like Stringing or any other such service, it can't be cancelled in case of late delivery either, so if you need the order urgently or in Express and can't wait, don't customize the product.

SportsUncle may cancel the order under rare circumstances, including: 

a) Incorrect pricing or description of the product
b) Payment fraud detection by Payment Gateway or our department.
c) Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer's Address
d) The available products did not pass our internal quality check during the product's dispatch.

7. Express Shipping Policy

Express Shipping is not eligible for orders in which areas/pin codes are not serviceable by Bluedart courier; for such areas, don't choose express shipping. The deadline time for Express Shipping on the same day is 1:00 PM. Otherwise, that day will not be counted in the express order. Sundays and Public Holidays are not counted under Express Shipping days. We have no control over the little delay in delivery due to natural calamities like floods, earthquakes, heavy rainfall, elections, etc. or strikes, Events, and Construction, due to which traffic is diverted in any city. The express shipping amount is not refundable in the above-mentioned cases. If any customization is asked, add two extra days in your shipping time, which means 4+2 in the express and 7+2 in normal shipping. If the shipment is not delivered within the expected time i.e 1-4 working days for normal order then Express Shipping charges will be refunded in the Sportsuncle wallet, which you can use on your next purchase. In Free Shipping, shipment is delivered much before, but the expected delivery time is 5-7 working days.

8. International Shipping Policy

Sportsuncle ships products all over the world, and we have tie-ups with DHL, Aramex, and India Post to deliver the shipments in perfect condition, which can be tracked online on the shipper's website. We deliver international shipments between 7-15 days, depending on the location. Express shipping is not available for International Shipments. All the customs duty/taxes/additional fees (if any) will be paid by the buyer in their own country; we are not responsible for paying such charges. Replacement is exclusively offered in the event of product damage, accompanied by a genuine unpacking video. However, no replacement, exchange, or size change is permitted for international shipping due to substantial shipping costs incurred from both ends.

9. Chargeback

a) Chargebacks initiated by buyers on the Sportsuncle site shall only be permissible in cases where the customer has a legitimate reason to dispute a transaction as defined by the applicable laws and regulations. If a customer filed a Chargeback mentioning that a product is counterfeit/fake then he must provide a written document from the manufacturer/importer mentioning it as fake; otherwise, the chargeback will be cancelled by the bank/payment gateway and may be subject to legal action.

b) Before filing a chargeback, customers must make good faith efforts to resolve any issues or disputes with their purchase by contacting our designated customer service team. Failure to do so may result in the chargeback being challenged and disputed by us.

c) Customers shall provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when filing a chargeback, including all relevant transaction details, purchase information, and reasons for disputing the transaction. Any false or misleading information provided may result in the chargeback being denied and may be subject to legal action.

d) Customers shall bear all costs and fees associated with filing a chargeback, including but not limited to any chargeback fees imposed by their bank or payment processor. Customers shall also be liable for any costs, losses, or damages incurred by us due to the chargeback, including the original purchase amount, fees, and other related expenses.

e) We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback filed by a customer that we believe to be unjustified, misleading, or violating these terms and conditions or applicable laws and regulations. We may provide evidence of the transaction, including order details, shipping information, and proof of delivery, to the customer's bank or payment processor to challenge the chargeback.

f) Customers shall not abuse or misuse the chargeback process in any way, including but not limited to filing multiple unjustified chargebacks. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the customer's account, restrict access to our e-commerce site, and pursue legal remedies if a customer engages in fraudulent or abusive chargeback practices.
