We try our best to post the correct MRP's of the product, but MRP's of the products keep changing and sometimes it's not possible to make changes immediately or the product arrives after the price change, but always buy the products as per the Selling price. One person/address is allowed to open only one account, if you open multiple accounts on your name/father/mother/sister/brother/friend/etc name then we reserve the right to block your account and amount paid through second account will be forfeited without deliver the goods. You further acknowledge and agree that Sportsuncle.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
5. Replacement & Refund - During COVID 19, once the shipment is shipped, there is NO Return, Exchange, or Refund will be done. Replacement of Shoes/Apparels/Wearable product will not be possible as the same product can't be sold to some other buyer, due to the spread of infection. If you are not sure about the size or product then pls. delay your purchase. This step is for the Buyer and our safety. Sorry for the inconvenience.
If the product delivered to you was damaged (UNPACKING VIDEO IS MUST) or not working (dead) then we will take the return and immediately provide the same new product (same model, color, and size) at no extra cost. Defective items will be replaced with the same model new product.
If a wrong product is received due to Sportsuncle mistake then that must be returned in an original condition as received in an unused condition with all seals/tags intact. And if the ordered product is not available in stock we will process the refunds in the same mode of payment you choose while making the payment.
Sportsuncle will not process Refunds/Returns/Exchange/Cancellation for incorrect purchases, used products, broken tags/open packing, better prices available, not like the quality, Ordered in Error, customized the product as per own requirement, color change or change of mind.
Important - Regarding Damaged Items in transit, you have 48 hrs to inform us (WITH UNPACKING VIDEO) about the same and product must be in the original condition as shipped regarding manufacturing defective items you have 10 Days to inform us about the same with proof in original condition/unused. If the product is damaged during usage then you need to contact the manufacturer of the product. Sportsuncle can only guide the way to contact the manufacturer, we can't process the replacement of the used products.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags/barcode, labels, and invoices. If the original manufacturer packing/shrink wrap/seal on the product is removed or tampered then we don't consider the product is damaged in transit or shipped from our end. So, pls. check for any damage before removing the packing.
- Replacement on used products / Broken Tags will not be accepted in any case, and NO argument will be entertained. We consider Broken Tags means the product is used.
- If required we can ask for an unpacking video of the product, if any issue is not justified or describable. So, pls. make the unpacking video of the product, showing all sides of the package are sealed.
- Replacement of good/product or refund costs will not be made until the original good/product is received by us in a re-saleable condition and your claim verified.
- While placing the Replacement request, initial reason for Replacement will be considered for Approval or Disapproval of request either you selected that reason by mistake or due to any reason.
- We aim to process refunds and replacements within 3 days of receipt by us of the original product/good.
- All Healthcare, Beauty, Supporters/Briefs products are non-returnable.
- Strings are non-returnable on the ground - breaks during stringing, cut in the string, threads are stretched, as we never noticed such issues and mostly strings sold in company air-sealed pack, so no way to find out the genuineness of the claim.
- If any racket string breaks in the "Transit" due to any reason, then a refund for the paid amount of the string will be done in the Sportsuncle wallet, in place of replacement of the full racket. If Racket company string breaks (which is rare) then a maximum of Rs.100 will be done in the sportsuncle wallet. There is no guarantee/warranty/refund of the strings after play. (handle wrapper removed from the racket considered used in game).
- Refund on an order will be done once, there are no Multiple Refunds on a single order.
- There can be 5-10% of color difference possible in the shown picture and received product due to the calibration of the desktop/mobile screen. So, such orders will not be count under defective or any other issue.
- If Return/Replacement approved due to not our mistake or change in the size required, then you need to ship through Bluedart courier at your own expense within 48hrs.
- If the requested replacement tracksuit/shorts size between 36-44 is not available then the amount will be credited in the sportsuncle wallet after you ship the product to us in unused condition with tags (not broken).
- NO Size Replacement will be given for tracksuits less than size 38 and bigger than 44.
- Bulk Quantity orders are not eligible for any return or refund.
- Any product purchased during a Sale time (either a few hrs sale or several days sale), such products are also not eligible for return/refund/replacement.
- Shipment Data related to orders may be deleted by the courier company after 45 days, so the maximum time related to shipment-related queries is 30 days. And the final delivery date will be considered which is marked by the courier on their website. No claims/disputes were accepted after this period.
- If Replacement/Store Credit is processed then that can only be processed once and not more than that.
- If you are violating any of the mentioned policies, abusive, or don't respect them then we reserve the right to block the purchase account for any future purchase from us.
6. Cancellation Policy
We allow order cancellation until the order is not shipped (if that's a prepaid order) from our end at a 3.5% deduction from the refund value. After the order has been shipped then we can't cancel the order. In the case of Lazypay and Epaylater order will not be canceled once placed, you need to make the payment of them for availing credit facilities, so order wisely.
In case of Prepaid order if any buyer denies taking the product from the courier guy then all the expenses incurred in sending that shipment including 2 sides courier charges + handling /packing charge will be charged from the refund, No Free Shipping clause will be applicable at that time.
Any order will not be automatically cancelled for a week in case of unavailability. So, we can arrange the product from our sources for you. In case you want to cancel before that time even you select express shipping then bank charges charged will be deducted from the refund i.e 3.5%.
If Order is customized like Stringing or any other such service, they can't be canceled in case of late delivery too, so if u need the order urgently or in Express and can't wait then don't customized the product.
7. Express Shipping Policy
Express Shipping is not eligible for the orders which areas/pin codes are not serviceable by Bluedart courier, for such areas don't choose express shipping. Deadline time for Express Shipping on the same day is 1:00 PM, otherwise, that day will not be counted in express order. Sundays and Public Holidays are not counted under Express Shipping days. We have no control over the little delay in delivery due to the natural calamities like flood, earthquake, heavy rainfall, elections, etc or Strike, Event, Construction due to which traffic is diverted in any city. The express shipping amount is not refundable in the above-mentioned cases. If any customization is asked then add 2 extra days in your shipping time, which means 4+2 in express and 7+2 in normal shipping. If the shipment is not delivered under expected time i.e 1-4 working days for normal order then Express Shipping charges will be refunded in the sportsuncle wallet, which you can use on your next purchase. In Free Shipping, shipment delivered much before but the expected delivery time is 5-7 working days.
8. International Shipping Policy
Sportsuncle ship the products all over the world and we have tie-ups with Aramex, Ecom, India Post to deliver the shipments in a perfect condition, which can be track online on the shipper's website. We deliver international shipments between 7-30 days as per the location or weight of the shipment. Express shipping is not available for International Shipments. All the custom duty/taxes/additional fees (if any) will be paid by the buyer in their own country, we are not responsible for the payment of such charges.
