How it plays

This is an attacking racket. The head-heavy balance puts weight behind your smash and makes deep clears easy.

The 6.4mm Ultra-Modulus slim shaft is mid-flex, so it gives you a little more help on the swing than a fully stiff frame. Li-Ning pairs it with a Stabilized Elastic Shaft design to keep the head on line.

The Box Wing frame holds steady on off-centre hits. HDF shock absorption keeps the vibration down, so long sessions are easier on the arm.

Who it suits

• Attacking players who want Loh Kean Yew's racket, signature and all.
• Collectors and LKY fans who will also play with it.
• Players who need a kit bag, strings and court accessories anyway. This set covers all of it in one order.

Who should skip it

• Beginners. A head-heavy frame is hard work with a developing swing.
• Players who only want the racket. The standard Li-Ning AxForce 90 shares the same 6.4mm shaft and Box Wing frame and costs much less.

Which AxForce is which?

Li-Ning's AxForce names overlap, so here is how they differ.

Stringing

The racket ships unstrung, with two strings in the box. No. 1 suits players who want more pop on the smash. No. 7 lasts longer if you play every day.

Take either one to your local stringer, or add paid stringing at checkout up to 27 lbs. Most strong club players use 25 to 28 lbs on this frame.
