Reinforced Shuttlecocks Ltd was founded in 1928 and began producing feather shuttlecock in Norbury, South London. Over the next 20 years the company grew to a size where it required larger premises so in 1949 it moved to a new factory in Sandwich, Kent where its offices are still based today.

Today the R.S.L. factory uses 800 tonnes of feathers to manufacture over 5 million tubes of feather shuttles each year making it the largest feather shuttlecock manufacturer in the world. Read our Article how Animals have remained the biggest fan of the sports industry.
