How to wear the Tynor Tennis Elbow Support correctly

1. Locate the painful spot on the outside (tennis elbow) or inside (golfer's elbow) of your elbow
2. Place the band roughly 2-3 finger widths below that spot, on the meaty part of the forearm
3. Position the gel pad directly over the muscle belly, not over the bone
4. Tighten using the reverse buckle until you feel firm pressure but can still slide a finger under the strap
5. Test by gripping something — if grip pain reduces immediately, position is correct. If not, reposition the gel pad slightly
