How to wear the Tynor Knee Wrap correctly

1. Open the wrap fully and place it behind your knee with the patellar opening facing forward
2. Wrap the two side flaps around the front of the knee, aligning the silicone-padded ring around your kneecap (the kneecap should sit visible through the opening)
3. Fasten the bottom strap first, then the top strap, then the middle strap — firm pressure but not so tight that you feel pulse or tingling below the knee
4. Test by walking a few steps; if the wrap slides down, tighten the top strap; if it pinches behind the knee, loosen the middle strap slightly
5. Wear during the activity that triggers pain or all-day for chronic pain. Remove at night unless your doctor advises otherwise
